2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Cash

    • Bank Transfer (for online orders)

    • Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Sadapay, Naya pay)


3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • In-Store Purchases:

    • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

    • Must be unused, with original tags and receipt.

    • No refunds. Only exchanges or store credit offered.

    • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Online Orders:

    • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

    • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer unless the item was defective/wrong.

    • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

  • Our customer service team is available Mon–Sun, 11 AM – 9 PM.

  • Disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with Pakistani consumer protection laws.

  • Fabrics are sourced from reliable vendors across Pakistan.

  • We aim to meet quality benchmarks in stitching, design, and finishing.

  • Customer information is kept confidential.

  • No personal data is shared with third parties without consent, in line with Pakistan's data protection regulations.

  • Online payment data is encrypted and handled through secure third-party processors.


7. Code of Conduct (Staff & Customers)

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all customers and staff.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, shoplifting, or violation of store rules.

  • Staff are trained to offer courteous and helpful service at all times.
